VIBRO PHARMA PVT LTD is a renowned and trusted name in the pharmaceutical industry in India. We are dedicated exclusively in the field of pharmaceutical formulations and manufacturing of veterinary products and feed supplements. Together with our group company CRESCENT LABS, we are now one of the fastest growing veterinary manufacturing company producing a comprehensive range of more than a 100 products. We contract manufacture for our principals many dosage forms like tablets, bolus, dry powders, liquid orals, external sprays, ointments and sterile injectables.

Management

Our roots go back to 1960, when the company was incorporated by Late Mr Kantilal M Shah, our founder director. Having an experience spanning over 65 years and a veteran in the pharmaceutical industry, he started his career with the distribution of Dumex (a Danish pharmaceutical company) products in India. Thereafter he was instrumental in launching the formation of Dumex (with Pfizer) in India. When trade margins in the wholesale pharmaceutical industry in the country’s popular “Dawa Bazaar” began to narrow down, he ventured out into manufacturing operations leading to the birth of VIBRO PHARMA. Initially the company was into manufacturing and marketing its own branded veterinary products and now is into full-fledged contract manufacturing operations.

Within 5 years of its inception and at a very nascent stage Mr Rajendra K Shah took over the reins of the Company’s manufacturing operations. As the company spread its wings and under his leadership, the company launched several top products into the market which are current brand leaders across segments. His particular foray was the launch of Aerosol and Metered Dose Inhalers.

The company is currently managed by Mr Rajendra K Shah and Mr Vishal R Shah, having a consolidated work experience of 70+ years in the manufacturing operations.

Manufacturing Facility

At VIBRO PHARMA, our oral dosage manufacturing facility follows strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines. Our manufacturing unit spreads over an area of 10,000 sq feet and is fully equipped with advanced level technology. The layout and machinery in the plant is of state-of-the-art technology and is fully integrated with unidirectional flow of men and materials. Every production line follows strict Quality Assurance procedures. We are also backed with an independent Quality Control Analytical Laboratory in order to ensure the efficacy and quality of each product as intended for its final use.

VIBRO PHARMA's Quality Assurance system fully complies with the current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements and has been certified by regulatory authorities. Quality is our prime concern and hence we lay a special emphasis on the quality of the product manufactured by us. To assure the quality, we have set up systems that provides state-of-the-art analysis and testing of all products. Every batch of product is tested both in-process and in its final stage to ensure the conformity of quality. These strict quality assurance systems enables us to provide our customers with the best quality products as intended by them, with perfect packaging standards and supplied on time.
